For most areas with existing fiber coverage, installation is completed within 24–48 hours of your request. Same-day installation is available in select areas. Our technician will coordinate a convenient time with you.
Is there a data limit on your plans (FUP)?
No. All our residential and corporate plans come with truly unlimited data and no Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Stream, download, and work without worrying about throttling or data caps.
What if NEONET is not available in my area yet?
You can register your interest through our "Get Connection" form. Once we expand to your area, you'll be the first to know and will receive priority installation. We're rapidly expanding coverage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
