Getting started is easy! Fill out the "Get Connection" form on our website or call us at +91 92194 01819. Our team will verify coverage in your area, schedule a site survey, and complete installation within 24–48 hours. Installation includes fiber cable routing, ONT device setup, Wi-Fi router configuration, and a full speed test. There are no hidden charges — the setup fee is included with your first month's bill.
First, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Check that all fiber cables are securely connected and the ONT device shows a green power light. If the issue persists, check our network status page for any area-wide outages. You can also run a speed test at speedtest.neonet.example. If nothing works, contact our 24/7 support team and we'll dispatch a technician if needed — usually within 2–4 hours.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by calling our support team or visiting the customer portal. Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. For billing inquiries, you'll receive a detailed invoice via email each month. All payments can be made through UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or auto-debit. GST is applicable on all plans as per government regulations.
Access your account via the NEONET customer portal using your registered phone number or email. From there you can view usage statistics, download invoices, update personal details, and manage your subscription. To reset your Wi-Fi password, log into your router's admin panel (usually at 192.168.1.1) or call our support team for remote assistance.
